also im ngl i thought this was a romance, like between angel and jimmy but angel like had no clue what she was doing with her life or herself so.yeah. for example, the miscommunications between juliet and angel for literally the entirety of their week together, and also rowan and jimmy being "best friends" but there interactions always seemed so base level and awkward, and like none of the characters could like read each other at all. to start, the relationships and interactions between the characters were just not at all deep enough for me to be convinced of friendship, etc.
i wanted to like this a lot more than i did cause i love oseman and nick and charlie but this book just didn't live up to their story and my expectations.
